Salon 28 is decorated with intricate Portuguese azulejos and equipped with a large television screen, ideal for hosting intimate meetings or cocktail parties. The William Reid Room is furnished in a sleek, contemporary style and is suitable for small banquets or conferences. The Meeting Room is a distinguished modern space for larger events, featuring a built-in screen and windows facing Funchal Bay. The lavishly furnished House of Commons is connected to the Dining Room and can also be used for meetings or banquets.

All rooms are air-conditioned and include complimentary flip charts, paper and pens. Business facilities can be provided on request, including audio visual equipment, projectors, microphones, computers and printers. Access to Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms.
