The Tivoli Ocean Park is located on the south of the island, 30 minutes from Madeira International Airport, set on the Ocean front with direct access to the ocean promenade and only 8 minutes from the city centre.
Passing in front of the Hotel is a pedestrian promenade that runs along the spectacular coast for about 3 km up to the popular beach 'Praia Formosa'. The promenade is edged by lusciuos botanical gardens and has a myriad of viewing points and seats where you can enjoy the stunning scenery.
The sunny south side of Madeira offers a wonderful climate with lots of sunshine and very pleasant temperatures the whole year around.
The hotel offers a courtesy bus with a regular schedule to the centre of Funchal and back.
