We just wanted to take this opportunity to say "THANK YOU" for an excellent stay last week. The hotel was superb and the service exemplary. The complimentary room upgrade was wonderful and the food absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money. We would also like to show our appreciation for the flexibility shown in extending our check-out time which enabled us to enjoy the facilities until we were due to be collected for the airport. Our holiday was very nice. The weather was very good and the Hotel Melia Mare is the best hotel we have ever been. Breakfast - Excellent oom - Very Nice, especially the bed was the best I have never slept! Service - Very Good etc. etc. We also have "Nuns Valley" tour, which we booked also from your agency. It was very nice tour. Thanks also for your help with our Hotel reservation before our trip! When we are planning our next trip to Madeira we want with pleasure use your agency again. Hi, Can I please record my delight at the time I spent at Hotel Melia Madeira Mare. As I pointed out to the reception staff on my departure - I spend around 150 days per year staying in hotels on business and the Melia Madeira Mare was the best hotel I've stayed in in the last 5 years. It is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff.
